HCD Fiscal Year ’23 Annual Action Plan Community Meeting 

WHO:                   City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD); Agencies serving the City’s low-income, homeless, or special needs populations; members of the public         

WHAT:                 HCD Fiscal Year ’23 Annual Action Plan Community Meeting

The City of West Palm Beach HCD invites community members and organizations serving low- and moderate-income communities, as well as special needs populations, to provide input on how federal funds should be allocated to maximize aid to target audiences. The Annual Action Plan determines how federal CDBG, HOME, and HOPWA funds help address housing, public services, homelessness, public facilities, and infrastructure needs of at-risk persons and families.

This meeting will be held in person and virtually.
