Everyone knows how important diet is to overall health, but the power of food extends to beauty. What we eat plays a major role in the appearance of our skin: youthfulness and elasticity (or lack of it). Beauty may come from the inside, but sometimes our bodies display external clues to show our health.

I think the skin is a map that outlines what is happening in the body. Often, our gut health is written on our skin almost as a warning sign.

Whether these signals manifest themselves as breakouts, dry dry skin, or a condition like eczema or rosacea caused by dysbiosis, our body is always in communication with us. For example, eczema can be an indicator of gluten hypersensitivity, and acne is often associated with dairy allergies.

Changing your diet may improve your skin. The most important nutrients for healthy and supple skin are omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and collagen.

Collagen supplements, and whether they work, are a trending topic. Collagen is a protein found in the skin and connective tissue that gives the skin its structure and elasticity. As we get older, we produce less of it, therefore wrinkles. Since the body produces collagen from the foods we consume, it is no exaggeration to say that the most effective approach to raising collagen levels is to eat foods that naturally increase the production of this protein.

Certain foods contain collagen that is available to the body to promote the natural production of collagen. This is not true for over-the-counter synthetic collagen supplements. (The rule I follow is that food is your primary source of fuel for everything your body needs, and supplements are just that-supplements to food.) Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and With zinc.

• Dehydration: Excessive diuretics (such as alcohol and coffee) can lead to severe dehydration and early signs of aging. Frequent fluid intake helps to hydrate the cells and organs of the body, especially the largest skin.

• Poor eating habits: Processed foods and diets high in refined sugars result in reduced collagen production.

• Stress: Cortisol, an excess stress hormone, has been shown to cause acne relapse.

1 small sweet potato peeled into a cube

2 cups of chopped kale

114 oz organic tofu block

1 cucumber, slice

1/2 Avocado, cube

1/2 Orange, cut into segments

1/Four Fresh coriander cup

1 tablespoon.Avocado oil

3 tbsp.Olive oil

1 lemon wedge

1/Four Freshly squeezed orange juice cup

1/Four Cup tahini

1 teaspoon maple syrup

2 tablespoons.lemon juice

1 piece of garlic

Dilute the water

•• Remove the tofu from the package and place it between several paper towels.

•• Place a heavy cutting board or book on the tofu and let it drain for at least an hour. I usually do this in the morning and let it dry all day long. This makes the tofu wonderfully crispy.

•• After drying, cut the tofu into the same size.

•• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

•• Add cubic sweet potatoes to a top plate lined with parchment and sprinkle with avocado oil.

•• Roast for 20 minutes.

•• While roasting the sweet potatoes, add 2 tbsp. Add olive oil to a cast iron skillet over medium to high heat.

•• Add tofu cubes and cook on both sides for 5 minutes until crispy and golden.

•• Massage the kale with 1 tbsp. Olive oil and juice from a freshly squeezed lemon wedge.

•• Arrange cucumbers, avocados, sweet potatoes, and tofu around the kale bed. For dressing, mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender and then put on a salad.

•• Decorate the toasted sesame seeds.

1/Four Frozen pineapple cup

1/Four Frozen strawberry cup

1/Four Frozen blueberry cup

2 tablespoons. Lemon juice (1/2 lemon)

1/2 Coconut water cup

1/2 Unsweetened almond milk cup

Combine all materials with a high speed blender. Blend until creamy.
