The Argentine Foreign Ministry informs that there are currently no records of any Argentine citizens affected by the two earthquakes that hit Mexico today, which had their epicentre in Puebla and shook Mexico City.
The Ministry is keeping permanent contact with local authorities, so as to verify whether any Argentine citizens were affected.
The airport has cancelled all flights, so the return of Argentine tourists will have to be rescheduled according to the authorities’ instructions.
The Foreign Ministry wishes to bring reassurance to all the families of Argentine citizens in Mexico.
