Foreign Minister Susana Malcorra opened today the Fourth Special Meeting of the Ibero-American Network of Agencies and Organizations against Discrimination (RIOOD), which will continue until 31 August at the Castelar Hotel in the City of Buenos Aires.
Some of the special guests who will participate in the Fourth Meeting of the RIOOD in Argentina are human rights activists and Nobel Peace Prize recipients Rigoberta Menchú Tum and Shirin Ebadi, and Mr. Javier Buján, President of the RIOOD and Director of INADI (National Institute Against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism).
